Welcome to PicSpin. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.

1. What PicSpin Is

PicSpin is an ephemeral photo-sharing app. Photos are shared anonymously, viewed a limited number of times, and then permanently deleted. We do not provide a permanent storage service.

2. Who Can Use PicSpin

You must be at least 13 years old to use PicSpin. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Content You Post

You are solely responsible for the photos you share. By posting content, you confirm that:

You have the right to share it
It does not depict minors in a sexual manner
It does not constitute harassment, threats, or illegal material
It does not violate anyone else's privacy or intellectual property

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any account or device that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

PicSpin is a platform for user-generated content. We do not review content before it is posted and are not responsible for content shared by users. If you encounter content that violates these terms, please report it using the in-app reporting feature.

We cooperate with law enforcement and report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

5. No Guarantees

PicSpin is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or that content will be delivered or deleted on any specific schedule. Ephemeral content is deleted on a best-effort basis.

6. Advertising

PicSpin displays ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is controlled by Google, not PicSpin. See Google's advertising policies for more information.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PicSpin after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
